Step 1

Our company/organization will sponsor (# of summer jobs) eight-week paid summer internship(s) at our business/organization for (20 to 40) hours weekly per intern at a minimum of $7.25 per hour from June 06 – July 31, 2024.

Step 2

Our company / organization will provide Dallas Works with the hiring information of our summer youth by June 06, 2024.

Level 2:

Our company/organization would like to sponsor a Dallas youth to work this summer onsite at our offices.

Step 2

Our company/organization agrees to pay the $500 program fee.

Hire Dallas Works Interns:

Step 1

Our company/organization would like to sponsor an intern/s (Leadership Development Program) to work this summer onsite at our offices.

Our company/organization will hire (# of summer jobs) eight-week paid summer internship(s) at our business/organization for (20 to 40) hours weekly per intern at a minimum of $10.00 per hour from June 06 – July 31, 2024.

Step 2

Our company/organization agrees to pay the $500 program fee.

Sponsor Nonprofit/Company:

Step 1

Our company/organization will sponsor eight-week summer internship(s) at Dallas nonprofit(s) from June 06 – July 31, 2024. Our company/organization would like to sponsor an intern fellow to work the following # of weekly hours: (Please select one commitment option below).

20 hours per week for 8 weeks = cost commitment of $2,100
30 hours per week for 8 weeks = cost commitment of $2,900
40 hours per week for 8 weeks = cost commitment of $3,700

*Costs above include the Dallas Works Youth $10 hourly pay, a $500 per intern fellow program fee, and celebratory event ticket for the Dallas Works Youth and one nonprofit representative.

Please Note: For those sponsoring Dallas Works Youth to work at Dallas nonprofit / Companies you will be contacted upon the submittal of your Commitment Form to determine your preference of nonprofit / company, if any. A list of nonprofits / companies who have applied and are awaiting sponsorship will be provided.
